Q960C hsla steel, Q960D low alloy steel, Q960E low alloy steel material are quenched and tempered high-strength steel plates, where Q represents the first letter of the Chinese pinyin of the word "qu" for the yield strength of the steel; 960 is the minimum yield strength value stipulated in the specification.
