With the continuous development of engineering construction in our country, foundation pit support has emerged in large numbers in engineering projects and has become a major problem that must be solved in engineering. The design and construction of micro steel pipe piles under specific conditions have received increasing attention. This article studies the construction technology of steel pipe piles.
In China, especially after the reform and opening up, with the rapid development of large-scale economic construction, due to the needs of industrial layout and urban planning, more and more large, towering, and heavy industrial factories, high-rise buildings, docks, culverts, bridges, silos, and other structures are being built on weak foundations or in specific locations. Therefore, the foundation pit support technology for such projects has been comprehensively developed. Micro steel pipe piles, as a type of "small diameter and high strength" pile, have gradually gained attention from designers in some specific situations due to their unique advantages. The construction research of micro steel pipe piles has certain guiding significance for on-site construction.
Due to the characteristics of gas, the spiral steel pipe used for transporting gas is generally a thin-walled steel pipe. As the pipeline has no pressure and is under negative pressure, gas can easily explode if it comes into contact with air. Therefore, the welding seam of the spiral steel pipe must meet or exceed the first level welding seam standard to ensure the safety of the coal mine. The spiral steel pipe for water transportation in coal mines is used to directly fill the excavated coal with a pressure pump to achieve the goal of preventing coal mine collapse. The transportation pressure is generally not very high, and the normal pressure of the spiral steel pipe is about 10KG. To ensure engineering safety, all spiral steel pipes used in coal mines generally comply with the GB/T9711 standard.
Generally speaking, cement mortar is used for anti-corrosion in pipelines transporting sewage, and this anti-corrosion method is used because cement mortar is corrosion-resistant. At present, the old design institute still recommends this anti-corrosion method, but through years of practice, it has been proven that this method not only wastes financial resources, but also has a short service life. The inner wall of the cement mortar anti-corrosion steel pipe has not been sandblasted, and the inner wall cannot reach the rust removal level Sa2.5. This leads to a decrease in the adhesion of the cement mortar, and lifting back and forth during the construction process can easily cause cement to fall off. After the cement falls off, it can hinder the sewage transportation on the inner wall of the pipeline, and over time, it can cause dirt to accumulate, leading to blockage of the steel pipe.
