Standard delivery documents for round steel include:

1) Certificate of Quality (CoQ): Confirms compliance with GB/T 702/ASTM standards, listing chemical composition (e.g., C=0.45% for 45#), mechanical test results (tensile strength=600MPa), and batch number;

2) Delivery Note: Details quantity (e.g., 100 pieces of Φ20×6m), specifications, gross/net weight, and consignee;

3) Inspection Report: Includes dimensional checks (diameter, straightness), surface quality (no cracks/scabs), and non-destructive testing (ultrasonic testing for Φ≥50mm to detect internal defects);

4) MSDS: Provides handling guidelines (avoid dropping to prevent bending) and storage tips (keep dry to avoid rust).

For exports to Europe, a CE certificate (per EN 10204 Type 3.1) is mandatory.
