What kind of steel is P265GH?
P265GH is the European standard container plate with high temperature performance, belongs to boiler container plate, has good plasticity, toughness, cold bending performance and welding performance. With P265GH container plate corresponding to the domestic grade is 25MnG. P265GH is the European standard EN10216-2 material standard, is the second part of the steel for pressure purposes: high temperature performance of non-alloy and alloy steel. 25MnG is the national standard GB 5310-2008 high pressure boiler steel.
P265GH has good plasticity, toughness, cold bending performance and welding performance. It is suitable for manufacturing steel containment for nuclear island, pressure vessel, equipment structure and some other kinds of special parts.
Boiler steel: steel used in the manufacture of superheater, main steam pipe, water-cooled wall pipe and boiler ladle. Requirements for good room temperature and high temperature mechanical properties, oxidation and alkali corrosion resistance, adequate enduring strength and enduring fracture plasticity. The main steel used are pearlite heat-resistant steel (chromium - molybdenum steel), austenitic heat-resistant steel (chromium - nickel steel), high-quality carbon steel (20 steel) and low alloy high strength steel.
