35CrMoV round steel (GB/T 3077) is a chromium-molybdenum-vanadium alloy with properties optimized for high-temperature bolts:

Tensile strength: 930–1130 MPa after quenching (880°C) and tempering (600°C), maintaining strength at operating temperatures up to 500°C.

Yield strength: ≥785 MPa, ensuring bolts retain clamping force under sustained high-temperature loads.

Creep resistance: Excellent at 450–500°C, preventing gradual loosening in steam turbine and boiler applications.

Impact toughness: ≥55 J at 20°C, resisting brittle failure during thermal cycling.

Its chemistry (0.32–0.40% C, 1.00–1.30% Cr, 0.20–0.30% Mo, 0.10–0.20% V) enhances high-temperature stability, making it equivalent to ASTM A193 B16 (USA). 35CrMoV is used in power plant turbines and chemical reactors, with Made-in-China listings highlighting its "High-Temp Bolt Performance."
