On 15 May 2024, we received a customer from Chile, our business team received the customer, firstly, we led the customer to visit our company's office environment, then we let the customer understand the production and processing of our A387 vessel steel plate by watching the video.
After watching the video, the customer expressed that he would like to order the customised size of A387 boiler steel plate, and we clearly indicated that we can customise the size, meanwhile, we can also provide cutting, drilling, welding and other processing services according to the customer's final demand for the product, in addition to providing quality certificates.
After understanding our product quality and processing service, the customer appreciated our professional ability and thoughtful service. Finally, the customer and GNEE reached an agreement on the order and reconfirmed the details of the order with the customer, including the quantity, specifications, quality standards and delivery time.
