L Shaped 50 X 50 X 4mm Mild Steel Angle For Construction is an L-shaped equilateral angle steel with both sides of 50mm and a thickness of 4mm. It is made of low carbon steel with a carbon content of generally around 0.12%-0.20%, and has good machinability and weldability.
Hot rolling: The steel billet is heated to a high temperature to make it in a thermoplastic state, and then rolled into a 50×50×4mm angle steel shape through a rolling mill.
Cold bending: At room temperature, the steel plate or steel strip is bent by cold bending equipment to form an L-shaped angle steel. The cold bending process can produce angle steel with high dimensional accuracy and good surface quality, which is suitable for some occasions with high requirements for dimensional accuracy and surface quality.
