AISI O1 Round Bar is a general purpose oil NMened tool steel, a versatile manganese chromium tungsten steel suitable for a wide range of cold working applications.
AISI O1 round bar is a high quality cold working tool steel, belonging to the category of high quality high carbon alloy tool steel. The oil NMening and tempering NMness is 28-34 HRc. The annealed delivery NMness of AISI O1 round bar steel is less than 250HB.
AISI O1 round bar has good cutting edge retention, high NMenability and dimensional stability during heat treatment.
