• Chemical composition: Round bars under ASTM A29/A29M-04 standard usually contain the following chemical composition: carbon ≤ 0.09%, manganese 0.75~1.05%, sulphur 0.26~0.35%, phosphorus 0.04~0.09%.
• Mechanical properties:

Tensile strength: in hot rolled condition, the tensile strength is 390~540 MPa; in cold drawn condition, the tensile strength varies with thickness or diameter, specifically: 530~755 MPa for 8~20 mm; 510~735 MPa for >20~30 mm; 490 for >30 mm ~685 MPa.
