• Mechanical properties: ASTM A36 round bar has a yield strength greater than or equal to 250MPa, a tensile strength between 400MPa and 550MPa, and an elongation greater than or equal to 20%. These performance indicators ensure that the round bar has sufficient strength and plasticity in a variety of stress environments.
• Chemical composition: The chemical composition of ASTM A36 round bar mainly includes the elements of carbon, silicon, manganese, phosphorus and sulfur. The carbon content does not exceed 0.25%, manganese content is between 0.30% and 0.60%, and phosphorus content is between 0.035% and 0.045%. The reasonable ratio of these elements makes the round bar has good strength and toughness, while ensuring its weldability and processability.
