DC53 Steel Round Bar Products Description
DC53 round steel is a new type of die steel. The toughness of DC53 round stock steel is twice that of SKD11 round bar stock, and it has the highest toughness among cold working die steels. The molds made of DC53 round metal bar can increase the service life.
The heat treatment NMness of DC53 round rod is also higher than that of SKD11 round stock metal. High temperature (520-530℃) tempering can make the NMness reach 62-63HRC. The strength and wear resistance of DC53 solid round bar are also better than SKD11 round bar stock steel.
