Round Bar Stock Steel Product Description
1Cr13 stainless steel round bar is a semi-martensitic stainless steel with high toughness and cold deformation. It has good corrosion resistance in weakly corrosive media with a temperature not exceeding 30°C; under the conditions of fresh water, steam, and humid atmosphere It also has sufficient rust resistance and corrosion resistance, and has sufficiently high thermal stability below 700°C.
After heat treatment, 1Cr13 round steel rod is mainly used to manufacture parts that require high toughness and can withstand impact loads, such as turbine blades, hydraulic press valves, fasteners, thermal cracking equipment accessories, etc., as well as parts that require oxidation resistance below 650°C.
1Cr13 round bar heat treatment:
①Hardness HBW≤: annealed 200, quenched and tempered 159, NMness HRB≤: 93;
②Heating temperature: 800~900;
③Heating method: air cooling or slow cooling.
1Cr13 solid round bar Application fields: Mainly used for impact-loaded components with high toughness requirements and stainless steel, such as knives, blades, fasteners, hydraulic press valves, thermal cracking sulfur corrosion-resistant equipment, etc. It can also be made under normal temperature conditions Parts of equipment resistant to weakly corrosive media.
