• Strength and mechanical properties: ASTM1020 steel tensile strength σb ≥ 410MPa, yield strength σs ≥ 245MPa, elongation δ5 ≥ 25%, section shrinkage ψ ≥ 55%, NMness ≤ 156HB.
• Chemical composition: ASTM1020 steel main chemical composition includes carbon (C), iron (Fe), manganese (Mn), silicon (Si), phosphorus (P) and sulfur (S), of which sulfur S ≤ 0.050, phosphorus P ≤ 0.040, chromium Cr ≤ 0.25, nickel Ni ≤ 0.25, copper Cu ≤ 0.25 Heat treatment: ASTM1020, ASTM1020, ASTM1020
• Heat treatment: ASTM1020 steel can be treated by normalising at 910°C, air cooling, metallurgical organisation is ferrite + pearlite.
• Processing performance: ASTM1020 steel has good cold deformation plasticity and welding performance, suitable for bending, calendering, bending edge and hammer arch and other processing, arc welding and contact welding welding performance is good. Cutting processability in the cold-drawn or normalised state is better, suitable for the manufacture of small force but high toughness requirements of the parts.

Q: What is your delivery time?

A: For stocks, we could transport the goods to loading port within 3 days after we received your deposit
For production period, it usually takes about 7-15 days after receiving the deposit.

Q: Can you provide sample ?

A: We can provide the small samples in stock for free, as long as you contact us.

Q: What is your terms of payment?

A: 30% T/T as the upfront deposit, 70% before delivery. We will show you the photos of products and package before you pay the balance.
