Tungsten Alloy Bars Products Description

 

Molybdenum-tungsten alloy rods are divided into three types according to tungsten content: MW20, MW30 and MW50. These alloys are characterized by good properties at high temperatures, improved corrosion resistance and enhanced etching properties.

 

Tungsten-molybdenum alloy rod applications:
Tungsten-molybdenum alloy containing 30% tungsten has excellent corrosion resistance to liquid zinc. They are used in the manufacture of mixers, pipe and vessel linings and other components for the zinc smelting industry.

 

Tungsten-molybdenum alloy has good high-temperature strength, similar performance to tungsten, and smaller specific gravity than tungsten. It can be used as high-temperature components for rockets, missiles, electron tube filaments, components and other high-temperature materials under corresponding high-temperature conditions.
