NM 400 Hummer wear-resistant steel, thanks to a combination of high NMness, high strength and high toughness, is clearly ideal for those occasions when wear is severe. The high wear resistance of the plate extends the life of dump truck bodies, excavator buckets, crushers and similar equipment.
Mechanical properties of NM400 Hummer wear-resistant steel: Yield strength Re=1000MPa. tensile strength Rm=1250MPa. elongation A5=10% (typical for 20mm thick plate).
NM400 Hummer wear-resistant steel impact toughness: test temperature: -40 (-40F) ℃. Impact work Charpy-V longitudinal = 45J (20 mm thickness steel plate typical value).
