Hot-rolled channel steel is formed by hot rolling and delivered in normalized or hot-rolled state. At the same time, channel steel beam is divided into ordinary c channel and light c channel steel. According to the shape, it can be divided into cold-formed equilateral c channel metal , cold-formed unequal channel c steel and cold-formed inner crimping channel steel, cold-formed outer crimping c section steel.
Hot rolled channel beam features:
1. Low energy consumption, good plastic processing, low deformation resistance, no obvious work NMening, easy rolling, and reduced energy consumption required for metal deformation.
2. Hot-rolled structural channels are usually rolled with large ingots and large reductions. The production pace is fast and the output is large, which creates conditions for large-scale production.

The deformation texture and recrystallization texture have obvious directionality in the punching performance.
