The I-shaped steel pile enclosure structure is suitable for cohesive soil, sandy soil, and sand gravel layers with a particle size not exceeding 100mm; When the groundwater level is high, it is necessary to cooperate with artificial precipitation measures. When driving piles, the construction noise is generally above 100dB, greatly exceeding the limit value stipulated by the Environmental Protection Law. Therefore, this type of enclosure structure is generally suitable for excavation construction in suburban areas far from residential areas. When the scope of the foundation pit is not large, such as for the population of subway stations, temporary construction shafts can be considered to use I-beam as the enclosure structure.
1. Pile inspection: For steel sheet piles that have been out of repair for a long time, have deformed locks, and are severely corroded, they should be repaired and corrected. For piles that are bent and deformed, they can be corrected using methods such as hydraulic jack pressing or fire drying.
2. The position and direction of the first and second steel sheet piles to be driven should be precise to serve as a guiding template. Measurements should be taken every 1m of driving, and temporary fixation should be made by welding steel bars or steel plates with the purlin support immediately after reaching the predetermined depth.

3. The steel sheet pile is driven in several stages. The first stage is driven from a height of 20m to 15m, the second stage is driven to 10m, the third stage is driven to the height of the guide beam, and the fourth stage is driven to the design elevation after the guide frame is removed.
Daily construction progress:
The 12m Larsen steel sheet pile 450 machine has about 80 piles per day, which may vary depending on geological conditions and construction conditions.
