Performance and application of wear-resistant plate
Compared with plain carbon steel plates, wear-resistant plates have higher wear resistance than ordinary steel plates due to their higher hardness and ability to resist abrasive wear more effectively than ordinary steel plates. Wear-resistant plates are generally controlled carbon equivalent (CET) as much as possible, with the aim of obtaining better welding properties. Generally when the carbon equivalent is greater than 0.35% of the welding needs to be preheated, especially for the thickness of the steel plate is more preheating.

Metallurgical machinery: iron ore sintering machine, conveying elbow, iron ore sintering machine liner, scraper liner. As such machinery needs wear-resistant steel plate with high temperature resistance and strong hardness.
Wear-resistant steel plate can also be used in sand mill cylinder, blades, all kinds of freight yard, dock machinery then parts, bearing structural parts, railroad wheel structural parts, rolls and so on.
