Each steel grade in our portfolio is tailored to address specific construction requirements, with distinct mechanical properties and advantages:

St37: A European EN standard (EN 10025) mild carbon steel grade, often referred to as "mild steel" with a minimum yield strength of 235 MPa and tensile strength of 360-510 MPa. Its low carbon content (~0.17%) ensures exceptional weldability, formability, and machinability, making it ideal for low-to-medium load columns and beams in residential and small commercial buildings.

SS400: A Japanese Industrial Standard (JIS G 3101) carbon steel grade with a minimum yield strength of 245 MPa and tensile strength of 400-510 MPa. Renowned for its balanced ductility (minimum 21% elongation) and cost-effectiveness, it is widely used in mid-rise building columns, secondary beams, and prefabricated structural components.

Q235: A Chinese national standard (GB/T 700) carbon steel grade (with variants like Q235B for general construction) featuring a minimum yield strength of 235 MPa and tensile strength of 375-500 MPa. Its reliable performance and compatibility with domestic construction codes make it a staple for columns, floor beams, and roof trusses in Chinese and Southeast Asian building projects.

ASTM A36: A foundational American standard (ASTM A36) carbon steel grade with a minimum yield strength of 250 MPa and tensile strength of 400-550 MPa. Its universal appeal lies in its excellent weldability, corrosion resistance, and adaptability, serving as a go-to choice for commercial building columns, primary beams, and infrastructure framing globally.

ASTM A992: A high-strength low-alloy (HSLA) steel grade (ASTM A992) optimized for structural beams, with a minimum yield strength of 345 MPa and tensile strength of 450-620 MPa. Compared to ASTM A36, it offers 30% higher strength-to-weight ratio, reducing structural dead weight while supporting longer spans-ideal for large commercial buildings, industrial facilities, and heavy-load beams.

All our H Beams are manufactured via advanced hot-rolling processes, a critical technique that enhances their structural integrity and performance. Steel billets are heated to temperatures exceeding 1000°C to achieve optimal malleability, then extruded through precision-calibrated rollers to form the iconic H-shaped cross-section-characterized by parallel, uniformly thickened flanges and a rigid central web. This process refines the steel's grain structure, eliminating internal defects (e.g., voids, inclusions) and boosting toughness, which is essential for withstanding seismic activity, wind loads, and dynamic stresses in construction. The hot-rolled finish ensures consistent dimensional accuracy (compliant with EN 10034, JIS G 3192, GB/T 11263, ASTM A6/A6M) across flange width, web thickness, and profile straightness, enabling seamless assembly with columns, floor slabs, and braces, and minimizing on-site fabrication time.
