Welding Carbon Structural Steel H Beam Fabrication H-section Steel structure. Steel beams can be used for crane beams and work platform beams in the factory building, floor beams in multi-story buildings, and purlins in roof structures.
H-section Profile Steel Beam
It can be made of welded steel or hot-rolled I-beam or channel steel. Light-weight beams such as purlins can also be formed by cold-formed Z-shaped steel and channel steel. The steel beam is simple to process and cheaper to manufacture, but the section size of the section steel is limited by certain specifications.
Composite Steel Beam
It is welded or riveted from steel plate or section steel. Due to the cost of riveting, it is often based on welding. The commonly used welded composite beam is a work section and a box section composed of upper and lower flange plates and webs.
Our Steel Structure Fabrication Factory
We have three steel structure production lines, equipped with flame cutting machine, H-Section steel assembly machine, gantry welding machine and shot-blasting machine, paint spray booth. We also have space for the fabrication of heavy-duty and large structure steel components in our workshop.
