SS304 stainless steel angle bar, also known as SS304 stainless steel angle or angle section, is a structural steel that combines high strength with excellent corrosion resistance. It is widely used in construction, machinery, transportation, and industrial equipment.
The yield strength of SS304 angle steel exceeds 205 MPa, with a tensile strength ranging from 515 to 720 MPa, and an elongation of over 40%, ensuring good toughness and safety even under heavy loads and vibration.
The material hardness does not exceed HB 187, making it easy to process and form, suitable for stamping, drawing, bending, and other fabrication methods.
In terms of corrosion resistance, SS304 angle steel can be used for long periods in atmospheric, mildly acidic or alkaline, and even coastal environments. It also has excellent weldability and can be welded using TIG, MIG, spot welding, or manual arc welding, maintaining outstanding corrosion resistance after welding.
