Surface treatment of I-beam
Sand blasting:
Sand particles are sprayed onto the surface of the I-beam at high speed through sandblasting equipment to remove dirt, scale and rust on the surface.
Hot dip galvanizing:
The I-beam is immersed in molten zinc to cover the surface with a layer of zinc. This layer of zinc can prevent the I-beam from being oxidized and corroded, improving its weather resistance and service life. The surface of the hot-dip galvanized I-beam is bright and has a good decorative effect.
Spray:
Use spray equipment to evenly spray anti-corrosion paint, paint and other materials onto the surface of the I-beam. In this method, coatings of different colors and properties can be selected as needed to beautify the appearance and improve corrosion resistance.
Chemical treatment (such as pickling):
Chemically remove dirt, grease and rust from I-beam surfaces. Pickling treatment can deeply clean the surface and provide necessary conditions for subsequent processing.
Alloy plating:
Plate a layer of corrosion-resistant alloy material (such as zinc, tin, chromium, etc.) on the surface of the I-beam. This coating can significantly improve the corrosion resistance of I-beams and extend their service life. Alloy plating treatment is usually used in situations where corrosion resistance is required.
