- Chemical composition: GH2132 alloy is mainly composed of nickel (Ni), chromium (Cr), iron (Fe), molybdenum (Mo) and other elements, but also contains a small amount of aluminium (Al), titanium (Ti) and other alloying elements. The synergistic effect of these elements makes GH2132 alloy has excellent high temperature resistance, corrosion resistance and oxidation resistance.
- Physical Properties: GH2132 alloy has a density of about 7.93g/cm³, a melting point of about 1310°C, and a low thermal conductivity of about 14.6W/(m-K). Its coefficient of thermal expansion increases with temperature, and is about 14.7×10-⁶/°C in the range of 20°C to 800°C.
- Mechanical Properties: The mechanical properties of GH2132 alloy at room temperature include a tensile strength of about 950 N/mm², a yield strength of 680 N/mm² and an elongation of 28%. At high temperatures (below 650°C), its yield strength and lasting, creep strength is higher, tensile strength up to 750-950MPa, yield strength of 500-600MPa, elongation of about 20%.
- High temperature performance: GH2132 alloy shows excellent strength and creep properties at high temperatures. In 600-700 ° C in long-term use, creep performance is stable, 1000 hours of creep lasting strength up to 450 MPa, to ensure that the material has excellent resistance to deformation when working at high temperatures for a long time.
- Processing and welding performance: GH2132 alloy has good processing plasticity, and can be made into various shapes and sizes of parts by means of forging, rolling and cutting. Its welding performance is good, can be used argon arc welding, spot welding, seam welding and other methods of welding, after welding needs to be aging treatment.
