NIckel Inconel X750 Alloy Steel Round Bar
Inconel alloy X-750 round bar is a precipitation NMenable nickel-chromium alloy. It has good corrosion resistance and oxidation resistance below 980℃, high strength below 800℃, good relaxation resistance below 540℃, and also has good formability and welding performance. This alloy is mainly used to manufacture relaxation-resistant flat springs and coil springs for aircraft engines that operate below 800°C and require high strength. It can also be used to manufacture steam turbine blade parts, bolts, etc.

Inconel X-750 Process Performance And Requirements
1.Inconel X750 formability The alloy is easy to form at a forging temperature between 1220 and 950°C. The heating temperature of steel ingots for billet forging can be 1200°C. In order to obtain good structure and properties of the final forging or bar, the subsequent forging heating temperature should be carried out at a correspondingly lower temperature. The final forging temperature should not be lower than 950℃. The alloy should be solution treated after vigorous forming operations.
2.Inconel X750 welding performance The alloy has good welding performance and can be used for various weldings. However, it is difficult to weld large-section parts, while it has better welding performance for small-section parts and thin plates. Welding must be carried out after annealing or solution treatment. Stress relief treatment should be carried out after welding, using 980℃ and moisturizing for 0.5h or 900℃ and moisturizing for 2h. The welded assembly is then aged to achieve strength close to that of the fully heat-treated state.
3.Inconel X750 parts heat treatment process The heat treatment of parts should be carried out in a sulfur-free neutral or reducing atmosphere to avoid vulcanization. Parts should avoid "hot-cold" treatment between 870 and 650°C. For large-section parts, in order to prevent cracks, they should be cooled in the air after solution treatment.
